White Glove Assembly & Mailing Service

A seamless, hands-off experience from final proof to post office. Each suite is carefully assembled in studio, complete with all selected embellishments and accurate postage, before being thoughtfully prepared for mailing. We handle the details so your invitations arrive exactly as intended, without the time, mess, or guesswork.

Postage is included in this service and is not part of your base invitation order.

Invitation assembly is often more time-intensive than expected, and truly one of our favorite ways to support our clients. This service ensures every detail is handled with consistency and care from start to finish.

White Glove Standard — $4.50 per suite
For suites without additional embellishments.

White Glove Premium — $7.50 per suite
Required for suites including vellum wraps, ribbon, or wax seals.

This service includes:

• Full assembly of all suite components, including envelope liners and multiple inserts
• Preparation and placement of vellum wraps, ribbons, and wax seals
• Careful stuffing, sealing, and stamping of each individual envelope
• Postage calculation and weight verification for both domestic and international addresses
• Delivery of your invitations to the post office
• Hand-canceling stamps upon request
